Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Zero follow-through. Staff members threw each other under the bus during interactions with each person. Front desk bank teller was openly disparaged toward her senior staff members when I came to ask for general information. I'm actually glad they didn't want my business - saved me future headaches.
