got in a car accident in may the guy who ihit me totaled my car. over the past months ive repeatedly asked st marys bank for a copy of my proof of payment so i can submit my gap insurance claim they just ignore me Shameful!

Worst lending institution I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service... take forever to return calls, if they do at all. Run the other way.

St Mary's we're very unpleasant. If you have disabilities I dont recommend them. We felt degrated. I did make one mistake but it was proven to be a honest one. Because of this they held our money to long. Closed my son's account on the spot. They made us feel Iike dirt if you are not high class I don't recommend them. What a horrible experience. Never again.
