The switch to Inroads sucks.. my most recent disappointment with inroads was when I noticed my mobile deposit checks were showing up on my account. Since I use my accounts at Inroads as my savings account I don’t pay much attention to it. When I did some investigation I saw all of my checks for the past 3 months were “rejected” requiring that I write “for mobile deposit to inroads credit union” a ridiculous amount to write on the back of a check and different from what I had wrote for years. What bothers me most is that I was not notified of the deposits getting rejected. Now I have to dig up all of the checks that did not go through. Super disappointed and frustrated with the switch and if I didn’t have so many accounts wrapped up in this establishment I would leave in a heart beat.

Horrible customer service, they used to be a good bank at one time but that was a long time ago! Since they changed their name, they have gotten absolutely shameful in their business practices. Talk is cheap, if you want actual positive results, go with a different institution!

As a member of this credit union for over 25 years, I cannot express how disappointed I have been for the past year. The service has continually declined, especially at the Scappoose branch. I've considered taking my banking elsewhere, but because I have a business account in addition to multiple personal accounts, I've been reluctant to make the switch. However, with the debacles that have accompanied the credit union's switch to a new name and new online banking, I'm done. I cannot get online to do my banking and neither can I reach the credit union by telephone due to high call volume. If I get past the "all circuits are busy" message and actually get through to the credit union's automated menu, after being on hold for several minutes, I get a busy signal. I'm taking all of my accounts elsewhere.

Unfortunately this credit union has gone way downhill. I've been a member for 18 years and they used to knock it out of the park customer service wise. Consistently their ATMs are out of money at their Scappoose locations. The tellers now ask for my full social security number or my photo ID to withdraw money. These things never used to happen but now it's the norm. The drive thru wait times are through the roof and they aren't friendly anymore. They treat you like a number and not a person . The online banking system looks like it is from 2001. It's in the dark ages. If you're considering opening an account here, go elsewhere!
