Feedback:

The people are nice but the one in St. Helens is ALWAYS way understaffed. I don’t want to wait 25-30 minutes every time I come in to cash a check.

Feedback:

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a bank. My land lords bank with them otherwise I would never deal with them again. Not only did they put my rent into someone else's account 3 months last year but, now they are refusing to give a printed deposit slip. so if they do it again I won't know! They argued with me and only gave me a hand written slip, anyone could do that! Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else, this place is simply full of idiocy!

Feedback:

I have been a member there since I was a kid and I've never had as many problems as I Have in the last three months then ever ! They can't even manage to make a simple deposit without screwing it up. This is the third time they have put my money in the wrong account so I call to fix it and then see online my check I deposited is no longer there but yet the rent is gone? They really need to work on their training their new tellers suck!!! I'm sick of the problems I'm switching banks and would not recommend them to anyone!!

Feedback:

Never enough tellers in St, Helens Branch. always long lines.

Feedback:

This financial institution has the worse customer service, the most incompetent employees and the least user friendly website and app I've ever had to deal with for banking in my life.

Feedback:

This is a poorly run business, they make claims that the customer is “invaluable “, yet they are only helpful when it comes to wasting time and money. I have been with this bank for 30+ years and would not suggest wasting your time with them, go to a reputable institution that stands by their claims! This is a “business” that will never care for the customer, only the numbers on their salary, this is just the way it goes. It was originally a great bank but they have been on a steady downward spiral for the past decade, now they have changed their name and it has rapidly deteriorated since. If this was only my personal opinion, I would not even take the time to write this review but, I have lived and worked in this community for over 40 years and I know a lot of the people living here and even working at this bank, I only hear negatives about the former SHCFCU now “inroads”. Anyone thinking about doing business with them should at least beware of what they are actually offering!

Feedback:

Seriously can't believe that after 9 years of having an account plus 6 loans I have gotten and paid off without ever 1 late payment. I come in with a check from my attorneys office that even states client trust funds and you put not a 2 day hold but a 5 day hold on it. You treat me like some random person walked through the door this place was way better as SHFCU. I do not like inroads at all. It might just be time to switch banks.

Feedback:

I don't like this bank now. Everything got messed up. What a hassle. I didn't ask for this. I liked St. Helens Community Credit Union much better. Inroads sounds INBRED.

Feedback:
