The worst customer service ever and rude staff, I went in to apply for loan and was treated like i was there to steal money, right in front of me I heard the staff telling other staff I was not going to get the loan, even before she looks into my documents, everything was stop let me give up applying the loan, but I insisted thinking if I push through to the end she wouldn't have any control but that was a lie. Staff acting like they own the bank. Definitely not going there again

My local Credit Union St.Columba's Galway has served me & my family very well.It is an excellent local service to have. Unfortunately we will miss the outlet which has closed in The Headford Road Shopping. However,I want to compliment St.Columbas on my recent experience.One phone call to Néil and he had me sorted to access account online.Prompt & efficient service.Please keep up your wonderful service to us the local community. To me you have replaced my bank!!!

Went in for a loan yesterday with all documents in place.Was told they were closing for the day in 10 min and they wouldn't even look at my application.They asked me where I was from, which was local and to call back tomorrow at 9:30.There was a reason I was coming in at that time as I am working the far side of the city and this was the only time free for me to call in.It was more the attitude that grated with me ....really disappointing customer service.
