Waited to see someone to open a checking account. 45 min and a phone call from the wife about our screaming child and I left. Couldve found a better way to waste an hour

I'm a proud customer of the St. Cloud Federal Credit Union's family of locations. I've used their services for several years and what I like best about them is their small town hospitality. They remember your name and use it when you're banking with them. Customers always appreciate that.They also offer very competitive rates and most of the services that I need. Personally, I'm a fan of their Sartell location and staff, simply because that's the location I use the most. They have walk-in and drive-up hours available.I do wish that they offered a few additional services, such as the ability to exchange currency, for those overseas business trips and the like. Aside from that, I've always been very pleased with their service.
