We have been doing business with S&S for many years now. We have gone thru store terminal changes/upgrades, as well as multiple websites processing. Our rep Ron Winitzky is always instantly available whenever we need help or have a question. I recommend him anytime someone asks me who is our merchant processor. Thanks Ron!

We Have been with S&S for about 5 Years now, we are a large company with numerous sites and a large volume of Credit Card Transactions per month. I appreciate the relationship with Jeff and S&S, They go beyond the normal level of care and assist us with our growing needs, routine maintenance and have provided invaluable wisdom and service. I've been a client of Jeff and his S&S team for over 4 years, starting in 2015. I started a web-based business in 2012 and had a lot of bad experiences with other companies for several years - frequently, I took my business elsewhere. For the last 4 years, S&S has earned it every day and CEO Jeff Skelton's knowledge and expertise in the payments field for online services has been invaluable. My original on-boarding with S&S was fast and smooth - and ever since then, S&S customer service and response times - when I have needed them - have been flawless. S&S has definitely $ added to my bottom line. I'd definitely refer a friend to S&S.

My company has benefitted from a 10+ year relationship with Jeff Skelton. It seems that no matter how smoothly things go with the various credit card services, we hit a bump in the road with each of them every 3 to 4 years. I always know that a quick call or email to Jeff will either get the problem resolved, or have us set-up with a new service within 24 hours. Jeff is that good and that reliable. S & S is one of the reasons we can sleep at night!
