I don't have a problem with this spire credit Union location I have a problem with the Minneapolis location I closed out my account today because I came in to train and some change 1699 and I walked up to the teller to get my money and they wouldn't give me my money unless I proved I was a member they know me at the spider location and I showed him my bank card and they demanded ID and a very very rude manner and when I said something about that they got a real attitude problem and it's so I close out my account never will I do business with any spire credit Union again I like the galtier plaza location and I really did not want to close out my account but I cannot be treated like this when my money is in this account

I’m greedy as a Member every time that I stop in. Unlike the Ugly Large Banks. Being known @ Spire, I’m very delighted. Normally he same Spire CU Clerks are their working Daily. Thanks.

Spire cut off my debit card without an email notification or phone call. Sent me a letter which was my fault due to not changing my address, they even received the return letter and marked it on my account and still made NO attempt to contact me! Now I have to use credit cards for 7 full days on my cruise and their rep didn't care at all. All the fees will come out of my pocket!
