Feedback:

Had to wait almost a half hour to meet with a banker but when I sat down it was really great, she was so down to earth and the incentive to open a checking account is awesome right now!

Seriously? I know you guys saw me and you locked the doors 2 mins before closing time. I tried to call beforehand to let you know and no one answered. All I needed to do was a deposit. Now I'm going to have to pay late fees. Incredibly sad.

I'm very happy with my banker she always calls me back when needed ..... While reading someone who was downing this bank about no bathroom go before you go in... Also who cares about 3,4,5 checking accounts font need them .... I love the attention I get every single time great service great people ......keep up the great work Spire I brag about you all the time .

Spire is a for-profit bank masquerading around as a non-profit bank. Members first? You build a brand new building and don't provide a public bathroom? Can't have multiple checking accounts not because of technology limitations but because of policy that was created to make it simple for employee??? It's some pretty twisted logic to think that making things easier for employees and not members is putting members first? I can list a dozens of examples of how spire does not put members first and how the operate as a for profit bank. Talked with senior management about this and the guy said "what do you want me to do?" Obviously they don't understand the fundmental concepts and differences of a non-profit or they are not enabled to change things. Very disappointing.

Feeling like a person instead of a number is very important for me when banking. The people at Spire have always treated me like a person. I've banked through several large chain banks and have almost always felt like they're trying to eek out money everywhere they can. Fees and "can't live without" deals that cost money. I've always had the feeling that Spire has my best interest in mind. Not how they can make an extra buck off me.
