I’ve been banking here for over 10 years, and I don’t really know why. They make everything difficult, they’re not even friendly, and there’s no benefit to banking with them.

Feedback:

Was great out of the gate. Always make payments on time and have paid the loans off early. Never late on any payments . I guess asking for 6 grand is going to break the bank.

After the Minneapolis/University Ave Spire branch lost some of my paperwork and failed to setup my account correctly, I gave the Eagan location a try. Christopher Chinn was able to correct everything within 15 minutes. Christopher was friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. Had it not been for Christopher I would not have kept my account with Spire.

Feedback:

Make sure you look like you have money when you walk in cause that’ll determine how far they’ll go to assist you cause apparently it’s personal decisions made within this establishment. This review is not over one encounter neither, my neighbor has also experienced a similar thing where another customer gets assisted for the same reason she walked in for but she gets turned away cause her teller had excuses instead of solutions. Can’t call people racist now a-days, gotta expand where they went wrong so they can gain an understanding.

You ever walk into a business and just feel welcome? I've never been more impressed by a business. The people and the service were top notch. Andy and the team are great. I will bank here for life.

They have given me nothing but problems in many different ways! At this point I'm very close to closing my accounts and never dealing with Spire ever again for anything!

Transferred to Spire CU because my old CU merged with Spire. Transfer did not go smooth, but got it figure out after many calls. They where offering a Visa card with free interest on balance transfers so I thought this would help me out and took it. They did not tell me if I make new purchases on the card that I would be charged Finance Charge on new purchases if my entire balance (purchases + balance transfer) was not paid in full. Now I am being charged interest on purchases even though I make payments that more then cover the purchases I made. I will be calling ever month to get this reversed. Not the hassle I signed up for.Don't have this on my other credit cards. Will not be using this card anymore.

Always great service. Have bought cars and a house with Spire and our primary banking facility. I don't have anything bad to say about such a great establishment.
