Spencer bank was not our choice. We chose NJM Bank, we were given to Spencer when it closed. This bank has inconvient hours, locations and practices. No tellers are in the branch close to us. This bank blocks purchases I want to make, payments I want to make and will not let me deposit personal checks. I hate this bank.
