The hours are incorrect. I am outside your office right now, and no one is here. I drove 30 mins to find the doors locked. Very disappointed. When I call the phone number, it says the administrative office is now closed.

Front disk manager didn't know anything about SBA loans which is very well known infact she didn't know if Spencer bank provids any type of business loans at all which it was shocking to me. The positive is she asked someone and later in the day someone called me a set a meeting with me to go over my needs.

Absolutely disgusting people. They are rude, uncivil, and that's just the start of it. They treat their customers with such disrespect I wonder how they treat their own employees! I have never been so appalled in my life from a corporate bank. This is exactly why PNC, TD, and Valley are better. I have never heard of this bank in my life before and this is clearly why! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!

Switching banks! The staff except the manager is friendly but that's it. Won't issue us a debit card for 5 months????!!! Up to branch discretion apparently, according to corporate.... they can't override the decision the branch manager has made. This is preventing us from making a living because my husband Uber's for extra money but we're unable to do that without a debit card! My daughter's school doesn't take payment in the form of check or cash therefore I've had to use other people's cards for payment which makes for a huge inconvenience. The bank system went down the other day on a weekend and we had NO WAY to get money out of our account causing us to be without cash or a debit card on an entire weekend with our children!!! Not even for food. How embarrassing to have to borrow money!!! The manager doesn't care. 5 months we have to live like this? It's impossible!!!! Really liked this bank but we cannot live like this. SWITCHING! And I'm in journalism, will make sure the entire world knows what this awful human at this terribly unapathethic bank with 0 customer satisfaction skills is doing to us and to steer clear. This story will go viral and will end up in the news. This is/ was NOT okay.

Their telephone banking has been down for 3 days or more...calling corporate is useless....excuse ridden bank.. NEVER HAPPENED WITH ANY OTHER BANK I DEAL WITH. GOING TO LOOK ELSEWHERE .. I CANT PAY DUE BILLS. BIGWIGS SHOULD CUT THEIR SALARIES AND BONUSES AND SPEND $$$ ON A BETTER SYSTEM!!!!
