Feedback:

They messed up and didn't send me a new card when they switched to mastercard. Now it had been 12 days since then and still no card. Waiting on a call back from them because I called "too late" in the evening. Had to wire myself money tp survive off of and was charged for it. Some of us work out of town and work long hours and don't get the luxury of being able to come into the branch office during bankers hours. Will be closing all my accounts with them.
