I recommend you go see Shannon Doss. She is great and very attentive. I was able to open three different business accounts over the course of days without having to be present for most of it. Saved me time and money. I do appreciate the service she provided. Highly recommend SMB.

A pleasant, and friendly, banking experience compared to the Big Corporate Banking experience. This is one of the last remaining locally owned and operated banks in Joplin. I hope they'll ALWAYS be an option in this fair town.
