I recently opened an account at this branch. It took SW66 seven days to figure out that my funds had cleared and transferred to this branch, which caused a cascade of NSF fees and late fees.

Feedback:

Co op Bank in ND brings me to Southwest 66. The service is always fast. Attendants are always friendly and they have free pens and candy. Lol

I really regret opening an account here. Customer service is terrible. I wish the people sitting in the higher levels read my comment. If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is no humanity anymore with customer service at this company. I will mention names when I reach upper levels. See you soon

Worst place to bank constantly locking account with no notice which leaves you with no access to your hard earned money.And to fix issue with your account you have to call more than once.Also no after hours help to fixissue due to limited ability. Save yourself some headache and don't bank here.

This is a horrible bank. I opened an account the lady (Jessica) told me I would get my card in 5 to 10 business days. About a month later i went in because i never got the card they never ordered it. When i went to talk to someone figure out what was going on the lady i talked to laughed about it she thaught it was funny to mess with my money like that. She said she set up the online banking for me couldnt ever get on. Take your money and business elsewhere. When I closed the accout they couldn't pay me my money in cash they didnt have the money to pay it I had to take a money order. On top of that they never asked for my ID how do they know that was my account?
