I don't think it fair to gove a low rating to a business because they don't offer the service you wanted. The title clearly says"Home Mortgage". I found their "Home Mortgage" service to be exceptional with a huge Customer Delight component. Their staff was highly competent, professional, and courteous, yet treated me just like family. Maridale is SUPER!
Feedback:
This is a non-banking location! This location only handles home mortgages. The employees here are nice and friendly but at least once a week they get someone like me who comes in wanting to make a deposit (etc.). So if your looking for a bank location, do NOT go to this location!
