I was a first time home buyer and purchased a mobile home on attached property. Bob was a great help making the entire mortgage process smooth and simple for me, despite having to deal with minor title issues that delayed my closing by a week. He chased down attorneys and kept me informed of what was happening. Southern Mortgage is one of the few places in town that actually provide mortgages for mobile homes, so save some time and just go here if that's what you're buying.

Mr. Rippy made everything easier for us and helped to keep everything on track along the way even with our unusually LONG close due to some requests from the sellers. If you are looking for friendly service and a company willing to help you however they can, I definetly recommend this company!
