SOUTHERN LAKES CREDIT UNION REQUIRES A THUMBPRINT TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT!After the long process of beginning a new savings account I was told by the twenty-something with zero customer service skills that "uh, all that's left is we need your thumbprint."I asked why. She answered, "Uh, I think it has something to do with 9/11." I closed the account and went on my way. AVOID Southern Lakes at all costs!
