Client Review on Southeastern Bank

Worst bank I've personally dealt with.One particular employee is arrogant and combative. This bank also has a policy of fraud protection. They will not honor it! I had $103.00 of fraudulent charges and I was told "you shouldn't shop online with your card. That's how you compromise your account." This wasn't explained to me during the initial opening of my account. It also is not the policy of other banks in the area. I bank with South State Bank and had a similar situation happen with fraudulent activity. The bank PROMPTLY took care of the issues with no combative rhetoric in the main bank lobby. Find another bank if protection of your account from fraud is a priority.
