I have always found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. Patiently listened to my banking concerns responded in a very respectful manner. I have since moved to another city in Tennessee, but will continue to do my banking with them because of their excellent Customer Service.
Feedback:
Was not impressed. No personable on phone. Should have known better then to even go there...... close at 4:30, leave work early get there at 3:50, wait to be seen at 4:03, told,"I don't process loans after 4:00." Thank you I'll go somewhere else.....???
