I would have loved the opportunity to write a rave review however, I was discriminated against and not even extended the courtesy to submit an application or go over the available loan programs. I sent in an inquiry after reading the great reviews and received a callback the following day. I was advised the program I sent the inquiry regarding was no longer available and I noted to the rep the program was listed on their website and inquired about the program which is now in place. I was abruptly asked for my address and firmly advised I was not eligible to receive any information regarding loan programs due to inquiry for the program which is no longer available. Being in the real estate industry 20 years I knew this was very strange to refuse or deter a customer from applying or discussing loan programs and again requested information. I was then advised " This would be very expensive capital". I have received training for years on various types of discrimination however, never thought I would experience it first hand. I thanked the rep and ended the call feeling the void of being treated equally as a customer. Very unfortunate.
