I was so nervous and scared about doing a hard money loan on my house, I read all these stories and was given advise on this, but no one had anything nice to say. It was always negative,and rough. I ignored all that and I took the leap myself, and I could not be happier and now a disbeliever in what people have to say about a hard money loan. I am sure there are some pretty shady people in this line of work, but with this company you do not have to worry about anything. The level of service they give you is unbelievable, I mean I have a little old house, and its needs some TLC, but they never once judged on the house or my credit score, they treated me like if I was their VIP client. They answered all my questions, no matter how many times I had to ask to finally understand it, and they don't rush you or give you any feeling to worry. I recommend to come here first. They really helped me take my business to the next level with the loan I got. Thank you so much!!!!
