Great experience selling silver, gold and coins! The owner explained the various testing methods for the metals and coins. I brought in a lot of items for him to look over. He patiently worked through all of my collection on a very busy day in the store and told me how many people are often mislead when purchasing fine gold and silver jewelry. The next time I buy a gold chain, I definitely will be back to this store--- the owner has a gorgeous selection! Thank you again for all your help!

I give this place of business a full 5 shining bright stars. I fully believe that this place deserves them. Not only is this a honest, respectable place to shop at but one that is also a trust worthy one to take ur gold and silver to. It's a place u can go and be treated right- for their customer service is outstanding. (In all honesty, I can't wait to tell u about my visit. I have been to many places and have to admit that I have had times when I have been taken advantage of due to the fact that I didn't know much before I had adventured out. Yes, I have to admit this was the case- I didn't know what I had, and I was a little nervous as I entered.) ***(I have to say i was impressed, for a happy, good natured gentleman greated me. I explained about my box and how I wasn't sure if i had any thing of value. He said, "Not a problem, we don't charge anything to take a look." As he went threw my grandma's little plastic bags of jewelry he explained all about there time periods. (The gentleman was very interesting and was more then happy to share his knowledge with me.) As I walked around the small store, I started thinking about the holidays. There was a variety of many things to choose from like beautiful jewelry and stunning coins that could solve my Christmas shopping problems-and the best part was the prices were all reasonable. When he was done with my box, I actually made out exceptionally well--i have to admit, I wasn't expecting anything from my visit. This is my explanation why I gave them a full 5 Shinning Stars--1st star for Great Customer Service-the gentleman was very knowledgeable about his business, 2nd star I give for selling wonderful merchandise at a really good price,the 3rd star for a clean, safe environment, 4th star for their honesty and for the respect they show their customers and the 5th shinning star I give them for being a business that helped educate me-on something I admit I knew nothing about. *****This is a respectable place of business, the owner should be Very proud of this store. (I am woman and its a place i can trust-It's also a place I can't wait to go back to and do my holiday shopping at :)
