This bank is amazing. Anytime I call, I don't get a menu, a real person answers the phone. Then, I get any items answered right then and there. This is unbelievable service, which I truly appreciate.

I originally had problems reaching this bank, as I am an out of state client, however upon learning of my frustration the Vice President of the branch himself reached out directly and got my account opened in a day. I am glad I was able to open my account at this location as it came highly recommended and am looking forward to doing business with a small bank where I am more than just my account number. During the years that we have banked with Solera, we have consistently experienced professional and helpful service from the staff and the management. Most recently, the management of Solera addressed our request for an unusual certificate, in French, with the same efficient, can-do spirit as our more routine banking services.
