Scam company...They will forgery your signature and sell a Non-Cancellable contract to MBF Leasing in New York, Then will ask for $8000 for a $300 equipment. Check the Civil Suit again this company for Fraud, Forgery...

Buyer Beware. Company is misleading merchants on their initial phone call, saying they are your merchant provider when they are not. When they come into your business and you find out there not, they say "well we kind of are because we work for first data". Also they tell you that your current processor is for high risk merchants so your getting charged more which is not true. They are also telling people that their wholesale and your current company is retail. Flat out lies. Stay away from this scam company.

I can't get these people to stop calling me, no less than 4 conversations with them in the past 2 weeks, and many calls placed to me yet they hang up after I answer, Assume auto dialed of sorts. I've requested 3 times now for them to stop calling. i have no interest in doing business with me as they lied to me in my 1st conversation. They are very misleading in hopes to acquire your merchant account processing.

I usually get 30 phone calls a month for credit card processing. This company takes the cake. If looks like the positive review they have on google have been acquired from individuals who are connect with the company. Really high pressure tactics. They pretend that they have no intention in selling you anything and will pressure to meet with one of their specialist who will show you where you are loosing, when in fact is it just another excuse to waste 20 minutes of ones time to hear a sales ptich from this vendor. JUST HANG UP WHEN THEY CALL!

So my only experience with this company is that I received a call from a person identifying themselves as "Emily" to "notify me that my company has been flagged as a low risk and now qualifies to run cards at the interchange level which carried with it a discount of around 40% off the retail rates." I felt the caller was pretty ambiguous as to whether I was already associated with them or was this a sales call? She responded by saying this wasn't a sales call and proceeded to try and book an appointment with me at least twice but maybe three times during the call. Upon my final polite notification of saying "thank you, I think we're all set here - we're going to pass." She said nothing and disconnected the call.All in all, not a positive experience, I didn't feel I could trust what she was telling me and it seemed as though the conversation was laden with terminology designed to sound official and confusing so that I could actually never ascertain what the purpose was to even decide if a meeting was warranted or desired.

I am giving this a 5 star review, not because I decided to use the service, but because I liked the customer service experience. I was contacted a week ago for their service and set up a meeting. I went over my concerns with the person who called via phone and email several times and she (Rachel Knittle) was so nice to have done the best she could to address my concerns prior to the meeting. Then I sat in the meeting with Jeff Steiner. He too addressed ALL of my concerns in a very professional and honest manner. I've read many of the reviews and have not doubt about the pushy tactics that some have experienced. However, I am glad I sat with them because I was able to make a very informed decision. I would still recommend this company to others, especially if they get to work with individuals like Rachel and Jeff. Thanks.

These people are the most ruthless, relentless sales people on the planet. I repeatedly said I was not interested and eventually hung up on them, only to have them call back and try, try again....THREE times! Only when I started recording our conversation and told them so and then started asking direct questions like "What is the company name and what is your address", did I finally get the 'supervisor' on the line, who continued to talk over me, but eventually said she'd take me off their list. Awful people.
