Not the greatest for individual tax preparation. They will readily accept your tax work, but obviously individual taxes take a back seat to business clientele and any other established clients. In the end, they finish my taxes accurately I believe, but not without much worry that they would meet the deadline.

My family's taxes are straightforward--single income, investments, kids--no property, no second homes, no divorces, etc., but with all the new convoluted tax laws I took a kind neighbor's recommendation and entrusted my taxes to SBA. They seemed more professional than the last CPA I used (whose office looked like a set for a "Hoarders" reality show). However, 3 weeks after I gave SBA all of my tax docs---and now just 3 calendar days from the filing deadline--SBA still cannot tell me when they will be done with my taxes!!! If they finish today and don't screw us over, they'll get 4 stars. If not, they'll get the stars that they deserve... This is a Review in Limbo...

We have appreciated the excellent service they provide during tax season, and their availability to answer our questions throughout the year either in person, on the phone, or via email. We highly recommend Gary Heldt and his Associates at SBA for any financial services.

Gary has prepared our taxes for years. His staff is professional and he provides quality service. He keeps his clients informed on tax code changes and gives a personal touch you don't find many places today. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Gary Heldt and the Staff at Small Business Advisers are great! He's done my taxes for the last 4 years. They are responsive to questions and help through out the year, not just during Tax season. I've recommended them to others who are also very pleased with their services.

Small Business Advisors (Gary Heldt) is UNPROFESSIONAL and just plain STINKS! I tried to schedule a 10 minute call to discuss my taxes, I tired phone and e-mail. I was told that Gary did not have any time in the next 10 weeks for a ten minute call. I also, email several times hoping that Gary could respond at his leisure when he had a minute.Small Business Advisors didn't have the courtesy to respond to any of my e-mails. Needless to say, I no longer use there services. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Completely disappointed. My wife and I used this company to file our taxes based on a family recommendation. I thought they would have a meeting with us to discuss our tax situation when we started but that never happened. We received a letter specifying the terms of our engagement at almost literally the 11th hour. They asked to upload everything online with little to no insight or direction and then waited until the last minute to review the documents and file our taxes. Everything was rushed last minute and we received a phone call at 9 pm the night our taxes are due to inform us that we needed to pay thousands of dollars by midnight. Thanks for nothing. Please do yourself a favor and use any tax preparer other than Small Business Advisors.

Very pleased with Small Business Advisors for over 15 years. Gary has helped me quite well in my complex taxes that included estate, personal and rental properties, (one co-owned) and the allowed deductions not to overlook.I have never been disappointed. He's thorough and knowledgeable!

Absolutely sub par service!!! I am a first time customer who came to youbecause you were recommended. Yet, I almost feel insulted because wehave not had any face to face meetings, nor have you given me the decencyto pick up the phone to do business. On top of that you have not evenresponded to my emails. I had to call your office to find out thestatus of the 3 year tax return I hand delivered toyour office a week ago. Then I was told by your receptionist that if I would like to pursueyour services I will need to drop off my 2015 information and youwould put it into your online system and I would get notified somehowonce it was completed. All this is unacceptable. Everyone coming toyour business is expecting to receive the best they can get but youhave not given me any confidence that you have me or my family's bestinterest in mind. I'm just a number to add to your paycheck. At thispoint, I regret the gas and time is took.
