My Husband needed an established type of office space to meet with clients. SLO HotHouse is cute, but is too small for his business. It has a lots of college kids that seem to try and create business 'start-ups', which is great! It's a nice downtown location if your looking for a very basic starter office outside of your house or haven't found a permanent office building space yet. Would recommend for a start-up type business. If you have an established business (in Finance, Insurance, etc.) and need to meet with Clients on a regular basis, I would look elsewhere. Decent for the right person! Would recommend it if you are looking for the basics and want to collaborate with new to the workforce individuals. Not for us, but for $900 you can get your own enclosed office, or around $300 for a dorm type cubby:)

This may be best for a small business start up, for young adults. The $25 provides a place to work, working Wi-Fi, 'meh' coffee, excellent kombucha (Whalebird rocks) and great location to downtown. It was extremely loud, even with noise cancelling ear phones. Served it's purpose for the day.

Used a day pass at 25$ which isn't exceptional value. It was pretty noisy and quite expensive compared to other places I've used. Chairs could be a bit comfier. Lack of telephone pods (only 1). Coffee while being free was pretty poor. Free Kombucha was great !However it has a nice vibe to it and it's nice and bright.

Great place to get work done surrounded by energetic entrepreneurs and small companies. Rates on co-working space are very reasonable.

Before the SLO HotHouse I was running my business out of my home or in coffee shops. Being at home meant constant distractions. Coffee shops were costing me about $100 a month and were loud with limited hours. My business has really taken off since being at the HotHouse. The environment and culture they cultivate is an experience to behold!
