I worked for site for Cox communication. I really enjoyed the company. But I had issues with the work from home trainer Erin she went so fast that I could hardly catch up. I would ask her to go back and slow down and it wasn't just me several people asked her too and she wouldn't slow down. She also allowed other people that was in training disrupt the class talking about stuff not related to the class. And it was on a constant bases and she did nothing when I would ask a question she answer it but it's like she really didn't want too. We had a mentor name Winn a employee ask her does,she get drunk in the middle of training and she went into details on the last time she got drunk that is not appropriate at all and Erin did nothing. When I was struggling cause of all the interruption I wanted to move to another campaign and Erin did nothing to help me. But was allowing everyone else run her class and talking about nothing. Especially Winn talking about getting drunk. Then we started to train finally again a guy name Joshua was have phone problem and he let Erin know in chat she would never respond and I came in the phone and told her she did nothing. And Joshua left site and put in chat. I guess I'll be looking for another job cause she didn't acknowledge him. Which is not fair at all. And when we started role playing a employee came on the phone in the middle of role play saying his IBS was acting up. And he disrupted class instead of private message. IN THIS LINE OF BUSINESS WHICH I LOVE NO-ONE SHOULD BE ALLOW THIS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND THAT'S THE ONLY CHOICE I HAD TO LEAVE CAUSE OF THIS. AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE
