Silverware is responsive and works to improve their system

Silverware has been consistent in their delivery and service of their software and products. We trust them as our POS which is a very significant part of our business. We appreciate the whole team over at SilverwarePOS.

I have used Silverware in 2 locations now for over 3 years and have had nothing but a postie experience. From the initial sales call with Alex to the installation and the continued customer support Silverware has done an excellent job. In a fast pace environment such as the restaurant business you need to have the latest and greatest tools at your disposal to stay ahead of the curve and keep up with the demands of our customers. From table side ordering (with iPod's) to the ease of splitting a bill Silverware has been able to help my team meet these demands.

Feedback:

Paid 20k for a system. Set up by Jaccpos incorrectly, cost us an additional 17 grand. Had to sue Jaccpos, No support from silverware, complete useless idiots. There are much better point of sale systems, stay away from Jaccpos and Silverware.

I’ve worked with Silverware POS for the last 15 years in all of my F&B operations. The system and technology has made fiscal reporting and operational control of my businesses 100% more efficient. I’m not a tech guy (being in the kitchen for the last 30 years) and I’m very happy to say that even I can use the system well. I recommend this POS system to any restaurant that’s starting up or renovating their operation.

I have been dealing with this company for 3 hours now. As a business owner this is prob the worst customer service i have seen in my life, The women that was helping me out dissapeared and we were 30 mins into trying to solve problem, Called back to get a hokd of her, Someone said in 5 minute she eill, i waited half in hour she didnt, I called back and eas waiting 40 min for someone to answer, Asked to speak to a supervisor, He said there is not any available, I insisted, said there isint, I asked for the lady that wad helping out again, He said 5 min shell call, Its been half in hour, It disgusts me the way these guys work, DO NOT PROCEED ON WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS! I promise a regret

Have used Silverware at multiple downtown Chicago locations as both a server and manager. Product is incredibly easy to use. Silverware help desk and staff have been super responsive over the years.
