NO STAR IF POSSIBLE!!!! My Wife, bought me a watch. It was a surprise present which I could not see. (the face is 1'' round and I cannot see the numbers!) We returned together to return it for the cash she paid 2 days prior. "There is no cash return, only store credit!"The watch has stopped working and they want repair money. The selection is very poor, made up of cheap pieces that have a large price tag attached! My Wife paid $650 for a watch we had appraised at $200 !!! We are NOT happy Customers....Stay away, unless you know when you are getting ripped off.....UPDATE: My wife and I went back at the request of the owner. He offered $300 cash for the $650 spent. Giving him $350 FOR NOTHING! These were my options?? We have had several Jewelry shops look at it, and have said we would pay more than it's value to have it fixed! These stores jack up the price on their tags, and then give a "SALE" price, special for you! You would do better at Costco or on line. TERRIBLE PLACE BEWARE OF RAMONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will leave more negative reviews at other sites...................

My husband and I took my mother’s 14K yellow gold and diamond wedding ring along with my white gold and diamond wedding bands to Ramón at Silver Spring Jewelry in White Oak and received excellent customer service from beginning to end. We wanted to take apart the rings and custom design a new ring using the materials we provided. He understood our wishes and helped us design a gorgeous ring! He was attentive, delivered on time, and sent us an appraisal, as promised. We trusted Ramón and his team with our precious jewelry and they did not disappoint. We will go back to Ramón for our jewelry needs in the future.

Ramón is the absolute best. My husband started with him in designing my engagement ring - he worked with him to make his vision a reality and different ways to keep the cost down within his budget. I ended up with a one-of-a-kind engagement ring that I absolutely love. We went back to get my wedding band which Ramón also helped us to design to fit the unique ring. He worked with us during several consultations to make sure we were happy with what we ended up with. He helped fix any concerns or issues along the way and I enjoy going back periodically to get my ring cleaned and maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love going there for jewelry. Basically all of my jewelry comes from this shop!! I walk in and describe what I'm looking for and their service is quick! Recently I bought an anklet from there and I couldn't love it more! A lot of my friends love the jewelry I wear and the gifts I buy them from that store too!

I don't want to give them a star at all but it's the only way to leave a review. Do Not Trust this Jeweler. I took four rings in for sizing and the stole my gem stones out of my rings and replaced them with cz's. I have photos of my rings and showed it to them and they told me that the stones changed because of sizing, if that were true why did only some of the stones change and not all? They are robbing people. SMH Will be talking to my lawyer.

Hands down an amazing experience! I went to Silver Spring Jewelry to shop for an engagement ring, and couldn't be happier that I did. Immediately, Ramón was very welcoming and friendly, and cared about my vision and budget for a ring. Before looking at any stones, Ramón walked me through the ring shopping process and explained all the components from the 4C’s, to the setting, to the appraisal. I never once felt that I was being rushed or pushed to buy something I wasn’t comfortable with, but instead treated with respect and patience. Silver Spring Jewelry has a wide selection of beautiful diamonds that can work for any budget at a very fair price. What impressed me the most was the technology Silver Spring Jewelry has to make the perfect custom setting for your diamond. Ramón understood my vision and gave me multiple sketches and 3D renderings, each time fine tuning the ring until it was absolutely perfect and what I wanted. In the end, she said “Yes!” and my fiancé and I are looking forward to working with Ramón on our wedding bands. Thanks Ramón!
