Feedback:

I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker here in the Metro Atlanta market. I sent a client to Tareasa Harrell Managing Director of SBA Lending at Signature Bank and my client sent in all her documents needed for a SBA loan on August 1st followed up with Tareasa Harrell on August 12th and still has not heard from her and its August 20th. This was my first time using this bank as well as my client and this has been the most unpleasant experience ever. I will NOT be using Signature Bank or Tareasa Harrell again.

Signature Bank of Georgia really cares about entrepreneurs. It is great to have a bank that knows my name and my business when I call. I highly recommend them.

This bank is deceitful! I opened my account and signed up for their referral program and when I asked for more info to make sure I did everything correctly when I referred.. I was treated as a liar asking for screenshots of how I found out about the referral program by Debi Davidoff a senior Vice President so I provided info then she had the nerve to then tell me it’s only for employees of the bank and they could not honor any referrals I sent so I closed my account! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! Very crooked and deceitful!

"I'm in a wheelchair. I drove around your entire building on Roswell Rd. To finally have found the right "drive through". It is a ATM machine in front of the building. Made me very uncomfortable but I saw your vice President outside with a name tag. I asked him if I was in the right area and he immediately jumped into action. How can I help, hold one second as get right on that, be right back, here you go, thank you, have a great day sir! Having a human outside is brilliant in today's new world. Especially someone as him."
