Client Review on Shift4 Payments, LLC

Terribly inconvenient service... Shift4 Corporation uses a 3rd party service to verify identity - my name, SSN, DOB have not changed since 1971... my address has not changed since 1991... they cannot verify my information, this is very very very frustrating... so now the Shift4 tech supports have asked me to just find a stranger and enter their information - seriously? They want me to enter information for someone not related to the business, not part of the business, and who shouldn't have access to the businesses PCI compliant information in order to proceed with a simple password reset?
