I would not recommend using this lender for fix up and flips. If you're doing a very light rehab, they'll eat your profit in fees. And, if you're doing a heavy rehab, with unexpected issues that take longer to resolve, they'll start taking fees right out of your draw funds, ensuring the worst possible outcome. Doesn't matter if you're making the morgage payments on time, they're going to get you. Bottom line, they have no interest in seeing the investor succeed, they just want your money.
