This is the worst bunch of crooks I have ever been involved with. They have dropped the ball on a 750k deal over and over bringing a buyer to the table with no due dilagence and further not bothering to see if earnest money checks are any good. They then said they would make good and asked us to sing a release in order to collect the owed earnest money. The release was signed only to find out the check was still bad and no money was there. We are consulting with multiple legal entities now to prep law suits. Be very careful of these people and feel free to contact me to see for yourself.
