Had over 20 Google charges to my account that I did not make. Called up and reported the issue to Sharon Credit Union, the day it happened, and was then told to head down to the branch office ASAP to file paperwork. Went down to the branch office, and was told that the paperwork was already being processed, I then signed paperwork, received my new card, and was told to wait 60 days for an answer. Just over 60 days, I contacted them only to be told that the dispute was never filed, and to come back down to refile. Over $300 worth of charges, thank you for holding my money SCU. Great job.
