Client Review on Sevier PawnLoan

Feedback:

I was treaded like i was worthless here!!!! I went in to this store on 1/8/2016. I had a few sliver pieces, a gold coin, a misprint $1 bill and some blue and red label $5s that I had inquired from my grandfather a few years back. I came in with intentions to see what the value of the items was and possibly sell for the right amount. First was the silver pieces. A really nice younger man was checking them out and determined that the silver pieces we're just plated coins. (magnetic) To me wasn't a big deal just sacked to find out they was just plated silver. He then checked the gold coin by scratch testing it and it came back real. Now mind you I have the gold coin in a protective plastic case. At this point I'm assuming the owner walked in, and began to help me with my items. It all started when she treated my items like they didn't matter and had no value by dropping them tossing them around on the counter. She then asked what I wanted for the gold coin. I told her I wasn't sure what it was worth. She quickly cut me off and told me she would let me know in 2 seconds. On a side note, she treats her employees like crap. There's an elderly woman that works there Named Grace. As the Owner removed her jacket, Grace offered to take it and hang it up. The woman then rudely snaps at Grace and tells her "I'm not handing it over the desk come get it..". After that she yells from her office to her other employees asking if they had scratch tested the coin already, witch had already been done. She then hits me with an offer that I assume was a reasonable offer. I told her to let me think about it and I would look at other items in the store to trade on. She then asked if I would like her to check out my silver pieces. I had told her I thought they was plated and wasn't of much valve but she insisted and asked if she could see one and check it out. Again when she is checking out my items, she treats them like they are worthless. She drops them and pushes them around on the counter. She then looks them up, scratch test them and weighs them. Some of the coins did not weigh what they were supposed to weigh and she immediately States they're fake and they're not worth anything. Then asked her if she would like to look at my misprint $1 bill and my colored fives. As soon as I removed them from the envelop, within seconds she determined they were all fake. Then she said to me "Now I'm 50 50 on the gold coin", she already made an offer on. With the same breath, "I didn't want to mess with any of it". She gathered up my items and slammed down on the counter and pushed them away. I told her to have a nice day and left.. Later that day I took the misprint $1 bill and the Colored $5s to the bank and they checked out real.. I am very unhappy with the way that I was treated at this place. She made me feel like I wasn't worth her time or the effort. Then with her not having the knowledge to know when something is real or fake she denied me service. She let business walk right out the door. I will not bring anything to this store as long as she is still running it.
