The owner of this establishment is EXTREMELY rude. The only reason I’m giving them the extra star is because we’ve generally had good experiences with all of the regular employees we have come in contact with. However, the owner happened to be the one we worked with today(first time ever even meeting this woman) and we were treated HORRIBLY. We’ve been coming to this pawn shop for several years now but we will never be coming here again.

I was a regular customer spending hundreds weekly until I was treated unfairly and like a nobody wanting to exchange a purchase which was under $20. The owner was very rude. Quick to take your money, but if you have a problem your a nobody and out of luck. It’s ok they bought this review with their kindness to a long term customer who will not be back !

The ONLY pawn shop I go to. I'm a *# year young black young fellow and a frontline vocalist for The Soul Of Motown in Pigeon Forge, TN. I purchase all of my guns and musical equipment here. I've Always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness and importance here. The employees Mark, Jeff, Will, Jim and Don are all my brothers. I get great deals and smiles EVERYTIME I come through the door and have noticed everyone else being treated the same. I'm there so much, I've almost gotten my own key and a time card.....lol...😂Great people, great service, very knowledgeable about what they sell, never hovers over your shoulder while you're shopping, and quick to serve you. See you there....🏃👋

Way overpriced...here's a good example..they want 189$ for a used Hatfield shotgun you can buy at walmart for 99$...old busted glocks for the price of new...save yourself the time and go too buds....

Sells faulty equipment , don't buy saws drills , or any power equipment , it may run fine at the store but when you start to use them they won't stand up.

The worst pawn shop, way overpriced up to retail. The owner lady is very ignorant and boasting that she has 10,000 sqft building, I told her Knoxville pawn shops are half her prices and she said they are little guys that’s the reason. These people are total rip offs and the lady is definitely high strung on drugs!
