I enjoyed this bank for awhile not only because of their great rates but because they had a personal touch unmatched. With their kind staff reading into a person over a credit report or lack of history always willing to help. I was proud to send many customers their way since I work in the same industry. As of late I have been dealing with small mistakes and cold responses and when I was told I would get a call from a Manager it never came. I called in to chase her down and I got to meet the most abrasive, rude person (reminded me of Time Warner...yes that bad). Several times she reminded me I wasn't important since I only have one card with them, and that she noticed she was supposed to call me and basically ignored it. She reminds me how just one toxic person can completely ruin a companies reputation.
