Incompetent employees, that get confused with the simplest transactions. The branch manager Elaine flat out gave me the wrong projection on an interest rate I inquired about. She is also often seen just sitting, doing absolutely nothing while the other tellers are busy and there is a line. She certainly needs to be replaced.Unfortunately they aren't any worse than other banks and credit unions in the area.
