Some things have gone by the wayside, and even though some things have changed - James Daley definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Although, this was after a long hold turned into a blind transfer - that's alright - he was on it and even helped me out after the call was over when I had a follow up e-mail.I will give 5 stars because overall - SCU is really good. I have had some rough interactions as of late - I think general idea of businesses easily saying "no" (with little eagerness to help) is the culprit - just remember who the customer is and who keeps you afloat - and it'll be alright! ( <> .. <> ).
