Feedback:

They have been giving me the run around for over a month now they let me know 3 days before that if I didn’t activate my new card my money would be gone I told them I hadn’t received a new card so what should I do they told me I need to unload my card before Friday or my account would go to 0 I went in (they called me Wednesday afternoon 4pm)Thursday ready to unload my card and turns out they had emptied my account. One of the girls told me that they were writing checks to customers that this happened to so I’ve waited and nothing. I know they’re not in charge of what happens..like the banks switching but why tell me things like that I’m getting a check and I’m for sure going to be reimbursed if you’re not sure.
