Haven't missed a payment on my loans in 3 years and they told me I am not good enough for a home loan. Transferring my money out of your bank .

I have been with this company for years. I have Christmas club, vacation club and saving account with them plus borrowed cash from them and never had any problem with love.. I have nothing but love and respect for them.. keep up the good work..

I have never had a bad experience with the CU. I always visit the location on Battleground and every member service representative there has always treated me with great respect and professionalism. They are always very fast to take care of my transaction and without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this CU.

I don't bank here but bought a car from someone who did. They really messed up the process, took almost a month to transfer the title.

We have been dealing with this credit union going on 2 years and have been repairing our credit. Everytime we go to speak about a loan the black lady always comes up with excuses. My credit was fine but she keeps searching for things to say no. Want even push the application through. Please hire someone that is willing and be happy to help out their customers.

This is for the PACU teller-Angela they have inside the bank-She is one of the nicest bankers I've ever dealt with! helped me with a serious error made by the call center and had such a nice attitude! She deserves a raise.

Is ok but you get a lot of junk mail that appears to be from Choice. Also when I had my will written the attorney said not to list bank accounts. He said to do right to inheritance with the bank. Wells Fargo allowed me to set that up without my daughter's social security number. Choice first told me it was required by federal law. A relative who is a DOJ attorney checked with another federal attorney and it is Not required by law until that person takes over the account. Told Choice that and they said they would not set it up without social security number. I left $10. in Choice and moved the rest to my Wells Fargo account. For your knowledge they need a copy of death certificate then can access account.Kept a little in Choice due to car loan. When I pay off auto will close that account. Can not beat Wells Fargo 150 years in business, never had a problem with them. They do not sell customer information to 3 Rd. parties. Also Choice charges a fee if you use another Credit union, they are not open on Saturday. Those credit unions do Not charge a fee.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, it's given me such a bad taste in my mouth but I'm moving on to a different lender
