Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The lady that I spoke to was extremely rude, argumentative and interrupted my questions multiple times. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she informed me that she was a supervisor. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

I just had a horrible experience with a sales person at Select Merchant Solutions. I was calling because I need a credit card processing for a new start up (one of several companies I own). Apparently I asked a question that was dumb??? Or she did not have time for???She told me to go to another web site to educate myself and then hung up on me. What???I promise I was not rude. She kept telling me I did not need to know the answer to my question. I told her I wanted to understand. Geezzz. If they do this during sales. What happens as a customer?We all deserve better.
