We used this company as our POS for 4 years. The technical support is extremely frustrating and inadequate as you are required to leave a message and hope for a call back. There is no after hours or emergency relief if problems arise outside of their normal business hours. We often received very delayed responses and at times no response at all and a follow up was required. There are certain reports only they can run for you and again...you are at the mercy of their time-frame. We are expanding our business and decided to go a different route for our POS system at our new store.
