Our store location has used take1 for 17 years. I just got off the phone with support (no voicemail and call back) and they solved a very convoluted problem we were having in less than twenty minutes. Think about that. I'm using an POS that is almost twenty years old and running it on windows XP- without connection to the internet. When problems with your POS happen it is stressful, can be crippling to business and I have had those moments in the past with SelbySoft. I assure you I was mad, irritated and felt like there was more that could have been done and that is how you are going to feel regardless of who is on the other side of the phone line. My point is this company built software that lasts decades and supports it to this day- that is pretty incredible for a business of their scale.
