This is the worst POS that I have ever used. I am not using the term POS, it is a P.O.S. If you want to pay $1000 a year for support that gives no support, go ahead. When you call support during regular business hours you can expect to wait until they feel like calling you back(usually in the middle of a huge rush). If you’re in a rush, they will tell you that they need to help you now, or you can call back and wait several hours again. If you call after their hours, you can really wait until the on call person decides to call you back. The only credit card processing that works with them is Mercury (another sham). If you’re thinking of this POS (P.O.S), run away!!!! You have been warned.
