Hours on google is very misleading. Please note that the hours Monday- Thursday is 9 am-5pm and Friday 9am- 6pm.

EXTREMELY long wait! They only had one person working the front and drive thru despite the fact that there was a long line. They also did not have a public restroom for their customers

45 min to an hour wait every time. Rude staff on several occasions. I have been profiled and asked where i am getting money from that is in my account. Error after error, no one knows what is going on. I have been with this bank since 1981. I honestly have dont know why i am still here. Never had a good experience ever.

Has to be the worst decision in my life dealing with this credit union I’ve opened a account in March I have yet to be able to put any money into the account I can’t set up debit card I called today talked to someone on the phone who informed me my card was blocked I go to the branch store they say oh nothing is wrong with you card needless to say I try to receive a payment from a customer and the account is frozen so here I am on a three day weekend with no money and they have the nerve to try and charge me 2 overdraft fees for transaction that didn’t even go through this has to be the worst experience I ever dealt with and when I talk to Human Resources of my job I’m going to recommend we find some one else to partner with

Security plus Use to Be the Best credit union to go to, ive had many loans , and they had great customer service With integrity, Now they changed overnight i Live in Towson and they dont have any branches over here , when The Royal farm store doesn't charge anything to use their Atm. machines, On the other hand know security plus charges me a dollar that was the 1st thing I notice, When I have a Transaction problem and I call to speak to a representative , they are Very Disrespectful over the phone when I'm concerned about my own money. They will Charge you a Bank fee in a Heart Beat Before it used We can't do anything Until the next day. Now they charge a fee when ever. Im paying my loan back and im going where im appreciated😮

Very inconsiderate of customers time. Very slow only one loan processor is professional and fast. I sat here and listened to the tellers have a personal conversation for approx 15 mins before acknowledging my presence.
