Feedback:

I have one word of advice for people considering using this Company . RUN!!! Never do business with this Company, The staff is rude and their conduct is very unprofessional. It is amazing they are still in business. I paid a loan off early and they refuse to report it correctly to the Credit Bureau. If i could give a negative score to this Company I would.

I have never had a problem with anyone at this branch. Anytime I call, need information or have to change my automatic payment date for the month they have always been professional and kind with an upbeat friendly attitude. I have never been given any trouble or the run around in any way. I am a real person I do not work for them or affiliated in any way with the exception they have my truck note.

Repod my car for insurance company dropping full coverage, turned around and charged me 275 after we cooperated and drove And dropped it off at original dealership. This place is a joke and to think it’s only the beginning of this crocked journey. STAY AWAY!! I haven’t even made my first payment and my car got repo’d!!!!

They repo my moms car for no reason and when I confronted them they tried to make any excuse in to why they did it . Word of advice don’t deal with them and save your headaches for something else.

If I could give this place a negative zero I definitely would... they are the rudest, unprofessional, even unethical place I have endured in a very long time... You would think as humans we would have a little compassion for others but not this people... let me reflect (and remind you when I was in my 20's I had a loan with them and was in good standing) so 2 years ago I got a car loan from them, never been late with payment always on time up until this past August when we all experienced hurricanes... now I called them in October and asked if I could have extra days to pay my payment because we unfortunately had damage to our home and in order to live in our home had to come out of pocket for expenses... they could careless... instead they harassed me so much that finally I turned the car back over to them... now this is where I really get mad..they waited until the middle of the night to retrieve the vehicle, messing my yard up and then file a claim on my insurance (or trying to) for damages to the vehicle that clearly was not there before they got the car back.... If I can give any advice... run dont walk run from using this company for anything... there is plenty more options out there.

Never go here! These people are not professional what so ever, if any thing they're frauds! My title was never given to me and the staff worker Carmen gave it to the wrong person, and still has not contacted me. Till this day since November I'm missing a title, that's just ridiculous save yourself the time, money and many headaches!
