If you like waiting on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a real person, you're going to love this company. Oh, and I forgot. After closing your account, expect to keep getting $1.25 posted to your account every month until you have the time to spend another 30 minutes on hold to get them to stop auto-billing you.

Every time I call these people to order anything I have to say the same thing to 5 different people to get what I need. Try actually listening to your customer instead of assuming we are here to facilitate your absolutely horrendous workflow and people. If the company I work for wasn't balls deep in these people I'd NEVER EVER EVER do business with these 2nd string jerk offs.
