My husband and I worked with Steve from Seattle Mortgage Brokers when we bought our first house a little over a month ago. We couldn't have had a better home buying experience. Our financial situation is tricky seeing as we've both been private contractors at some point of the past couple years. Steve was professional, incredibly knowledgable, very responsive and worked with us to understand our situation, respect our goals and he explained every step of the process. We truly felt we were in good hands. I highly recommend working with these guys. Buying a home is stressful and scary! It's people like Steve who make the process easier- he did all the heavy lifting and helped us move from the 'OH MAN THAT'S ALL OF OUR MONEY' phase to feeling really excited about being home owners. We have our dream home for now, but we'll be more than happy to work with Steve and Seattle Mortgage Brokers again if and when we outgrow our amazing new townhouse.
